Media Max Events and Expos Longevity Health Expo announced for April 28

Dr. Dave Meger will be the keynote speaker at the Longevity Expo April 28 at the Maple Grove Community Center, 12951 Weaver Lake Road.

Meger, who works with Fortune 500 companies and has sold more than 2 million copies of his book, will talk about longevity at the Expo, which runs from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Meger has also appeared on the Discovery Channel. He will talk about the hidden truth to building the strongest immune system possible, five easy steps to simplify your health and life, exercise, nutrition and mental strategies and the “ultimate time management skills for dummies.”

Other presenters include Dr. Judy Jensen, who will speak about stress relief and living to 100; and Dr. Erick Swenson, who will discuss what parents can do to increase their children’s longevity.

The Longevity Expo will also include an audience-participation health quiz show. Exhibitors from more than 100 companies will be on hand to demonstrate topics as diverse as aging-in-place home solutions, pain management and healthy environments. Local speakers will also deliver presentations on wellness, acupuncture, feng shui, herbs, natural cooking, massage, pilates, healing, yoga, meditation, family, nutrition and fitness.

Admission is $6 for adults, but will be waived with the donation of non-perishable food shelf items.
