The UA Museum of the North presents Leggy. Live Spiders & Their Relatives, an exhibition on view through May 5, 2012.

Discover the wildlife that lives among us, spiders and insects of the phylum Arthropoda. These creatures are known for their many legs and their many relatives. They are the most numerous and adaptable creatures on the planet.

• Live arthropods on display – spiders, tarantulas, walking sticks and more.
• A darkened gallery where visitors can enter the secret world of nocturnal insects.
• A close-up camera will let visitors explore animal lairs.
• Videos showing spiders spinning and beetles stalking.

Leggy! is supported by BioQuip and Fishtopia. All photos by Derek Sikes, UAMN entomology curator. Additional support from Brandi Fleshman, Piotr Naskrecki, and Friends of the UA Museum
